1. What Vacancy.design is

Vacancy.design is a free job curation tool for designers. We collect and list design-related job opportunities from around the web to make them easier to discover in one place.

We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or job platform. We do not manage applications, represent employers, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

2. How listings work

Jobs listed on Vacancy.design are curated from publicly available sources. When you click "Apply" on any listing, you are taken directly to the employer's own application page, outside of this site. From that point, your application is entirely between you and the hiring company.

We have no visibility into, or involvement with, what happens after you leave this site.

3. No account, no login

Vacancy.design does not require you to create an account or log in to browse or apply for any listing. We keep it that way intentionally.

4. Accuracy of listings

We do our best to curate relevant, active listings, but we cannot guarantee that every job posted is still open, accurately described, or from a verified employer. Always do your own due diligence before applying.

If you spot an outdated or incorrect listing, please let us know at hello@vacancy.design and we'll take it down.

5. Employers and job posters

If you post a job on Vacancy.design, you confirm that the listing is real, accurate, and that you have the authority to post it. We reserve the right to remove any listing that is misleading, inappropriate, or violates these terms — at our discretion, without notice.

6. No warranties

Vacancy.design is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, listing completeness, or outcomes from using this site. Use it at your own risk — though honestly, the risk here is pretty low.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Continued use of the site means you're okay with the current version.
